It is Polar compatible, and thus good to use with Polar heart rate watches or fitness devices where a Polar chest strap is recommended with a signal of 5.3 Khz.. The signal of this heart rate monitor is 5.3 Khz. The VirtuFit Heart Rate Band does not work with a Bluetooth signal.

The VirtuFit universal heart rate strap always fits. The flexible strap on the back of this chest strap is easily adjustable to fit around any chest. And it feels comfortable during fitness activities. The rubber front feels sturdy, yet flexible enough to adjust to your body. Your freedom of movement remains optimal. The VirtuFit universal heart rate strap does not get in the way in any way. After use, this heart rate strap is easy to clean. Remove the elastic strap from the rubber part. Wipe the rubber with a damp cloth. Put the elastic band in a bowl of water with some detergent.

This heart rate belt works on a battery. The battery is already inside the heart rate strap, and you can replace it yourself when it runs out.
