The high pulley with lat bar is ideal for various lat pulldown and pressdown exercises. The low pulley with straight bar can be used for raises, curls, and rowing. The KH350 is easily converted into a cable station by attaching the included wrist straps. These cables offer almost as many options as dumbbells. For example, you can train your abs with cable crunches and woodchoppers, your back with cable rows, and your glutes and legs with cable leg raises and cable hip extensions. The handles feature foam grips for a soft and comfortable hold during workouts!

Compact Home Gym Design

Thanks to its compact design, the VirtuFit KH350 is perfect for smaller spaces. All exercises are performed on or in front of the machine, leaving the sides free for placing other equipment or performing additional exercises.

The sturdy frame is made from powder-coated steel, offering excellent durability with minimal maintenance. The KH350 weight stack totals 86 kg, divided over 12 blocks of 6.8 kg and one block of 4.5 kg. The lumbar cushions are padded with 4 cm foam for added comfort. The backrest and seat are both adjustable, making the machine suitable for users between 150 and 200 cm in height. The strong steel cables are tested to handle loads of up to 1000 kg.
