The advantage of this boxing pole is that it is freestanding so you can put it anywhere. Because of its length of 170 cm it is ideal for both low and high kicks. To train as stable as possible, you can fill the foot of the boxing pole with sand.
It is important to use only dry sand and to provide the foot with an inner bag. This can be a ready-made package with sand that still has the bag around it, a garbage bag with loose sand or another creative solution. By doing so, you will extend the life of your punching bag!
