The extra wide aluminum rails is not only there for strength, but also for a smooth motion with virtually no friction. That's nice and quiet exercise. The rails is long enough for the longest users to give a good exercise.
On the rails is a comfortable molded seat of polyurethane foam (PU Foam). This soft but firm material is standard used in car seats and mattresses, among other things. The plates on which your feet support give comfort and safety. The non-slip surface gives a stable feeling and, together with the safety straps, keeps your feet firmly in place.
On the VirtuFit Ergometer Rowing Trainer Semi-Pro, you choose how you want to exercise every time. Among the 34 different program options you will find realistic workouts for incline and valley, goal-oriented programs such as calorie burning, functional heart rate controlled programs, user programs that you put together yourself and specialized programs such as a heart rate recovery test and interval programs.
