The VirtuFit Adjustable Dumbbell Set - Vinyl - 28 kg are suitable for endless strength exercises.
A dumbbell set is obviously much cheaper than ready-made strength machines, which are often only suitable for a few muscle groups.
In addition, you isolate the muscle group with a dumbbell much better than with a machine where you also improve your coordination and balance.
This dumbbell set is made of vinyl and concrete. The vinyl fits comfortably in your hand and the concrete provides the weight. With the included closures you secure the weights to the dumbbell but still changing discs is quick! The discs have a bore of 24 mm.
The dumbbell set consists of the following parts: 4x 3.5 kg discs, 4x 2 kg discs, 4x 1 kg discs, 4 screw closures and 2 0.6 kg dumbbell rods.
